The Perfect B&E Muffin...

It's what I'm doing at work when's it's quiet.

BBQ sauce on the muffin - like a maccas one - with a slice of marto and grated cheese and then ya toast that and the top half. One slice of bacon and an egg. LIGHTLY grilled pineapple chunks - like 2 - and a dash of red onion.

Tell ya what. Hard to improve on that.

  1. No no no. What's all this damn FRUIT doing on a B&E Muffin?? You're messing with the very fabric of the universe!

Egg, pig, cheese, muffin. It's how Ronald McArseclown got to be richer than Jesus.

Which wouldn't be that hard even though carpentry is going OK with the construction boom.

  2. The pineapple is like two little orgasms for your mouth. You're chewing away then, "OH".

And the eggs gotta be runny too, right?

  5. A longstanding fan of pickles, chutneys and relishes, I have to agree in principal to the introduction of a small quantity of something lightly acidic and slightly sweet into the core fabric of any powerful agglomeration of fatty stuff. I'm uncertain of the exact combination described (I'd probably go with a sharp, mildly hot mustard in that application), but I can definitely see the level it works on and I concur that the theory is sound.

Grilled fresh pineapple slices with ice cream, whipped cream or custard is a favorite of mine as a desert, fwiw.
