This is me playing Modern Warfare 2. There's some 'perks' you get that do various things, one which you can see in the first when I point the gun at him and his name doesn't appear and the others do. That's one I've got on. The other thing is my guns moving. That's rotating through my weapons really quick and makes you appear dead and distorted on the ground to them. It's a glitch. It's fun once in awhile.
