Good Bye Little Girl

My dog Mika passed away today. She got very sick so it was the only humane thing I could do. I owed her that much. She has been a part of my life for ten years and I got her just after arriving in Australia. I couldn't even begin to describe the things she helped me through just by being her. Right through her existence she won the hearts of everyone that had the pleasure of being around her. She really WAS a sweetheart and she will be missed.

Sleep well Miki-Moo.

  10. I've moved into a share place which also has 2 gorgeous German Shephards. I grew up with that breed, so I have a really soft spot for them. Being a renter for the past 15 years or so has meant I haven't had the pleasure of dog ownership... being around these 2 has taught me how bloody great it is having them around.

My thoughts are with ya, buddy.

  11. Thanks mate. It really sucks. Finished dinner and then started heading to the fridge for her food, then thought, "Fuck".
